1. Information we collect
Account data: name, username, email address, age, policy acceptance, account identifiers, and authentication events.
Usage data: prompts, generated results, privacy choices, likes, community reports, optional report details, feature usage, and limited service diagnostics.
Payment data: Razorpay processes card or bank credentials. ArtBloom stores transaction references, purchased product, amount, currency, and fulfilment status for reconciliation.
Uploaded images: an image-editing source is sent to the configured AI provider for that request. ArtBloom validates and processes the source in memory and does not intentionally add it to your ArtBloom library. Generated results are stored until deleted.
2. How we use information

- Manage accounts and Bloom Coin balances
- Process and reconcile one-time purchases
- Display creations only when you mark them public
- Review reports and prevent fraud, abuse, and Terms violations
- Send essential account or service communications
3. Storage and security
Supabase manages authentication, MongoDB Atlas stores product records, Cloudinary stores generated images, and Vercel hosts the application over HTTPS. We use access controls, private-by-default creations, protected image delivery, rate limits, and least-privilege service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
4. Processors and international transfers
Services that may process data include:
- Supabase - authentication
- MongoDB Atlas - product records
- Cloudinary - image storage and delivery
- Razorpay - payments and fraud prevention
- Vercel - hosting and performance analytics
- Configured AI providers - prompt and image processing, which may include OpenAI, xAI (Grok), Cloudflare AI, and the configured generation gateways that route to them
- Sentry - error diagnostics when enabled
These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their contractual and legal safeguards.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access or correct your profile information
- Keep creations private or publish and unpublish them
- Download your generated images
- Delete your account and stored creations from My Studio
- Request help with access, correction, or deletion

6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in. We may use Vercel Analytics and limited diagnostics to understand reliability. Product analytics or error reporting run only when configured. We do not sell personal data or use advertising cookies.
7. Children
ArtBloom is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. If we learn that a child created an account, we will close it and delete associated content.
8. Retention
We retain account data and generated results while your account is active. The deletion flow removes stored creations, profile records, and the authentication account. Short-lived infrastructure backups and legally required transaction records may persist only for their applicable retention period. Community reports and moderation decisions may be retained for a reasonable abuse-prevention and audit period, with account identifiers removed when no longer needed.

Material changes will be dated here and, when appropriate, communicated in the product or by email.
