1. Acceptance
By using ArtBloom at artbloom.tech, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
ArtBloom lets users generate, edit, re-imagine, and optionally share AI-assisted artwork. Every paid product currently offered is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Bloom Coins and purchases
ArtBloom uses virtual credits called Bloom Coins. The product page and Razorpay checkout show the exact product, price, currency, and coins or access granted. Promotional allocations may reset; purchased top-up coins are tracked separately. Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be used outside ArtBloom. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
5. Content and output
You retain rights you already hold in submitted prompts and images. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms. You are responsible for checking that a planned use is permitted and does not infringe another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use ArtBloom for illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, fraudulent, or infringing content. You must have permission to upload another person's image. Non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
7. Community gallery
Creations are private by default. When you publish one, you grant ArtBloom a non-exclusive license to display and deliver it within the service. You can unpublish your own creation at any time. Signed-in users can confidentially report suspected violations. Automated safeguards can be imperfect, and publication does not mean that ArtBloom performed a prior human review. We may unpublish a reported creation and block it from republication after review.
8. Availability
AI generation depends on third-party providers and can be delayed or unavailable. If a charged generation fails, ArtBloom's reservation system returns the applicable coins. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
9. Disclaimers and liability
ArtBloom is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
Material changes will be dated and communicated when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
