By accessing or using ArtBloom ("the Service"), operated at artbloom.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ArtBloom is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create, edit, upscale, and share AI-generated artwork using text prompts. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
ArtBloom uses a virtual currency system called "Bloom Coins." Free-tier users receive 100 coins monthly. Paid plans provide additional coins. Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. AI-generated images are provided under a license that allows personal and, for Pro/Max subscribers, commercial use. You may not claim AI-generated images as traditionally created artwork.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is: illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Images marked as "Public" will be visible in the Community Gallery. By making an image public, you grant ArtBloom a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You can change an image's visibility at any time.
We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers and may experience delays or temporary outages.
ArtBloom is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
